Unmet recently installed a new 250ton HACO press brake. This machine can bend material with a thickness of up to 10mm over a length of 3m.

New plasma cutter
Unmet recently purchased a Hypertherm HPR260 HD Cutter with a Burney Phantom ST controller, utilising the latest technology in NC controllers.

Services that we offer include: hi-definition and conventional plasma cutting of stainless steel, 3CR12 and aluminium from .9mm to 50mm.

We also offer bending over 3m lengths of up to 10mm thick 3CR12 and all grades of stainless steel. The most popular grades stocked and processed by us are grades 304 and grades 316 stainless steel.

Guillotining is available over 3m up to 10mm thickness for grades 3CR12, stainless steel and aluminium. We offer saw cutting of aluminium plate up to 50mm thickness.

Our factory is equipped with a 5-ton overhead crane and two 4-ton forklift trucks to facilitate plate handling.

We offer a 24 hour turn-around time with delivery within the greater Cape Town, Boland and Paarl regions.

Clients are welcome to send drawings of items to be plasma cut to our operations division in DXF format.
